Online Evaluation Appraisal

To appropriately appraise personal property all items must be viewed and handled in person by one of our expert appraisers.

Some clients may not be looking for an official appraisal but rather a general idea of what their asset is worth.

You can receive an evaluation of an item by submitting detailed information along with photographs or digital images via

email or mail to Appraisal1one.

YOU EXAMINE ITEM
We must rely on you to provide an accurate description of your item when you answer, to the best of your ability, the questions we present to you. Do not be concerned with proper industry terminology, simply type what you see or remember in your own words. It is important that you answer as many of the questions as possible, as thoroughly as possible. More detail is always better than less. A picture is truly worth a thousand words, but is not a substitute for your answers. Please provide both answers and images if possible.

IDENTIFICATION AND RESEARCH

Armed with your detailed descriptive answers and clear images, we will be able to identify an item, which is essential to arriving at an accurate value. We then take that information and through our vast international research sources gather updated values on identical or similar items sold and selling, always taking into account the most appropriate market for the intended use of the appraisal report.

METHODOLOGY OF VALUATION

The Fair Market Approach to Value is our preferred method with most appraisal assignments. Auction Prices are considered as one of the social structures of value in addition to National, Regional & Local Markets. The approach to value we utilize in your appraisal will be stated and defined in your certified appraisal report. The combination of our experience, expertise, and market resources along with a strict adherence to the highest standards of appraisal principles and practice, enables us to provide a certified appraisal report suitable for any of your appraisal needs; insurance coverage, insurance loss or damage, donation, settlement, equitable distribution or resale.

Certified Appraisal Reports will be submitted by an experienced appraisal expert , and can be mailed via USPS or transmitted via email as per your request.
