FEES
Every item we appraise follows the same regimental process: careful review of the descriptions and images, identification confirmation, appropriate market identification, market comparable research, value conclusion, appraisal review and report production. A signed letter of engagement must be in place prior to all appraisal commitments.
ONLINE EVALUATION APPRAISAL
We rely on you to provide accurate description and digital image of your item. You must fill out a form with questions pertaining to the item to be appraised. The more detail you can provide the better. The Appraisal Report will be transmitted via email in secure PDF format.
DESKTOP APPRAISAL REPORT
We rely on you to provide accurate description and digital image of your item. You must fill out a form with questions pertaining to the item to be appraised. The more detail you can provide the better. The Appraisal Report will be in a printed bound copy and shipped as per your request.
FORMAL APPRAISAL REPORT
A formal appraisal requires a physical examination of the items to be appraised. The objective is to gather pertinent information that best describes the item. The appraiser also takes digital images of the items and these photos are included in the appraisal report.
Our appraiser signed report is a certification that the appraisal you received from us has met all standards of the Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The appraisal report is a certified statement of value that is accepted by the IRS for charitable donation and estate settlement, insurance companies for scheduling and claim dispute, and U.S. Courts for marriage dissolution and other settlement disputes.

RETAINER FEE WITH THE BALANCE UPON COMPLETION OF REPORT
The total appraisal fee or fee range, depending on the number of items you have appraised, will be stated on the contract. A retainer fee of $250.00 or 50% of the total will be required at the point of signing the contract. Retainer and balance can be paid with a debit/credit card , check or money order. You will be presented with a target date when we anticipate the report will be completed. We will contact you when the report is completed. The report is released when the full balance is received. If you initially paid by debit/credit card and we do not receive a reply from you within 24 hours we will charge the remaining balance to your card and release the report. The Appraisal Report will only be shown to persons or parties directed by you. The fee charged for this Opinion of Value covers initial fieldwork, reviews, and research of this appraisal report only.
APPRAISAL TURNAROUND TIME
Our commitment to you is a 15 day turnaround on appraisal reports. We are happy to accommodate your time constraints if possible.
ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EXTRA PRINTED & BOUND REPORTS
Copies of the Appraisal Report will be maintained in my personal files in complete confidentiality. Additional copies of this Opinion of Value report is available to you at a fee of $125.00 per copy.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any court appearance, deposition or additional reporting will be charged at our normal fees of $120.00 per hour plus expenses.
