PRESALE BID

Appraisal1one Auction Company provides a service to customers who are unable to attend an auction but wish to purchase one or more items in a specific sale.

When you place a Pre Sale Bid with Appraisal1one Auction Company, our staff represents the bid on your behalf up to the maximum amount specified by you.  The bidding is not started with your bid unless a higher bid has been received from another bidder.  Once the bidding has been established by the crowd, your bid will be represented at the next increment being asked for by the auctioneer.  As long as bids are coming from the crowd, we continue to bid on your behalf until either the bidding from the crowd has exceeded your maximum bid, or you are the successful high bidder.

Pre Sale Bids must start at a minimum of $10.00 and must be submitted no later than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled auction start time in order to be processed.  An application must be completed, and processed by Appraisal1one Auction Company prior to the time you submit your first Pre Sale Bid.  The application will apply for all future Pre Sale Bids.

You will be contacted by telephone or email after the sale and advised of the selling price, only if you were the successful bidder.  At that time you will be informed of the balance owed, plus the estimated cost of shipping.  Cost of shipping may vary slightly based on shippers fees. Unsuccessful bidders will not be notified.  All Pre Sale Bids are subject to a 10% Buyers Premium. Bidders are subject to a 5.5% Sales Tax on applicable sales.

Payment must be processed prior to the release of any or all of items purchased.  If paying by credit card, the balance of purchase price will be charged out immediately.

All Pre Sale Bids will be governed by the Terms & Conditions outlined on the Pre Bid Confirmation Page.

Shipping will be at the buyers discretion:  PAKMAIL, UPS, Fed Ex, Regular Parcel Post.  Shipping insurance is available from the carrier and is recommended.  Shipping arrangements must be made prior to the acceptance of the Pre Sale Bid Form.  Final Removal Dates may vary, however, standard rule for all auctions is removed the same day of the auction sale.

Pre Sale Bids may be submitted anytime in advance of the Auction Sale with consideration to the 24 hours advance deadline.  Once a bid is place, it cannot be changed or withdrawn after the 24 hours in advance of the deadline due to processing time.

The Pre Sale Bids are a contract between the Absentee Bidder and the Auction Company Representing the Owner of the Property being sold at auction.  When the bidder submits the contract for specific items it is with the understanding that the bidder is bound by these bids and agrees to pay the bid amount.  Bids are irrevocable. The bidders place the Pre Sale Bid with the understanding  that everything is sold as is, where is, without guarantee.
